For mothers on maternity leave, the things we grumble about at work can sound like freedom.

For MUMDOO, a platform connecting mothers with flexible work opportunities, we launched Moms Want It Too! A campaign that said out loud what so many women had only thought quietly: that wanting to work isn’t selfish. It’s human.

The response was immediate. Stories were shared, conversations were started, and what began as a campaign became a national conversation about what mothers actually need when they’re ready to come back. The work picked up recognition at PR competitions too.
